Our company does not guarantee any kind of proposal also does not give guarantee to any person Both the families should take a verification of each other for their relationship.

Fee Return:
Registration Fee Not refundable
And no fee is charged after the proposal is done.
Registration fee valid for 6 months only.

Non Commercial use by Member:
Muslim Marriage Center is concerned with the service of Proposal only.

There is only website and registered offices.
If any candidate misuses our registration or user ID login created on the on website, then legal action can be taken against him.

Other Condition of uses by Member:
If any candidate misses his/her Registration or User ID and Password his registration will be canceled. IF any candidate having a fake profile, his/her registration will be canceled. No candidate should give his/her online login ID and password to any other person.

And if any candidate has forgotten his user id and password, then contact the office immediately. If any candidate is abusing any other candidate, Or will he do any kind of fraud And in case of any kind of wrong complaint, registration will be canceled The candidate himself will be responsible for all the details given to the Muslim marriage centerIn the event of any mis-use or any fraud in the name of Muslim Marriage Center and any contact with people or website The Company will take full legal action against him.

Proprietary Rights in the content on Muslim Marriage Center:
The name logo of Muslim Marriage Center is trademarked and copyrighted Registered. In the event of any mis-use or any fraud in the name of Muslim Marriage Center and any contact with people or website The Company will take full legal action against him.

Content Posted on site:
No candidate of Muslim Marriage Center is allowed to use the online registration of any other candidate. Otherwise his personal id will be blocked. Muslim Marriage Center will not be responsible for any unlawful activities of any candidate. Both the families will verify each other on their own Behalf. If any candidate is misusing the given user-id of Muslim Marriage Center or uploading any wrong type, his ID will be blocked and the section will take legal action against him.

Illegal and prohibited content:
Harassment of Muslim Marriage Center or any of its clients will result in cancellation of the registration of the other candidate. Legal action will be taken for any kind of wrong information about any client or any other person regarding Muslim Marriage Center. Publishing the information of any candidate's family, this is what you have to give on Facebook or on any social media platform,  legal action will also be taken. And the registration of the other candidate registration will be canceled. If any candidate has sent any wrong video to any other candidate, then legal action will be taken on that too.

And if both the candidates are found in any kind of wrongdoing, then muslim marriage center will not be responsible for that. Legal action will be taken even if the phone number, address or picture of any candidate is sent to any other person.

Copy Right policy:
The name logo of Muslim Marriage Center is registered in all respects, copyrights, trademarks, if any person is found using the name of company or is seen doing any kind of fraud then he can face legal action.

Member Dispute:
Muslim my center will not be responsible for any fight of any candidate with any other candidate on any matter. Any kind of transaction of any family with any other family, gift etc. or transaction of any amount or any kind of dispute after the resolution of the proposal of any case, muslimmarriage  center will not be responsible for any quarrel.

Privacy:
In the privacy of Muslim Marriage Center, all the details  of the candidate are kept to their limit. Only those people keep knowing till all those who are registered clients of our company.

Disclaimers:
Muslim Marriage Center will not give the responsibility of the given information of any candidate, any family should do the verification of other family itself and done your proposal after verification.
Muslim Marriage Center will not be responsible for any kind of communication between the two families, if there is any kind of dispute, in case of any kind of disease or delay in marriage.
Muslim Marriage Center will not be responsible in case of misuse of any candidate's online user ID or password.

Keeping in view the current situation, no one will be responsible from muslimmarriage center for any date on telephone, internet or any kind of transaction with any other candidate. Unnecessary detail of any candidate to any other candidate On sending or doing any transaction with it, Muslim marriage center will not be responsible.

Limitation on Liability:
Muslim marriage  center will not be responsible for any kind of case happening between the criminal family between the two families in case of any kind of miscommunication  and unnecessary activities  illegal , we do not have any kind of responsibility for both families.

Jurisdiction:
If there is any such case of any family which is related to law, it is the responsibility to solve the matter through the existing courts of Pakistan; both families can get their issue resolved. Muslim marriage center will not have anything to do with it for their personal issue.

Indemnity:
Muslim Marriage Center will not be responsible for any kind of damages or lawyer's fees or cases done in courts or any kind of money transactions by both families.

After registration in Muslim Marriage Center or after getting online registration, if you face any kind of difficulty, then visit or contact our office.
